The more I tweet, the more money I make.
But I have a problem.
I run real businesses - WHO HAS THE TIME?
I want to be a great business leader, not a content creator.
Here’s how I solved that, without shitty & expensive ghostwriters
(and how you can too):
First, some context.
With everything, you have to ask:
- What game are you playing?
- How do you win this game?
You see what big accounts do, and you assume you have to play “that game” to win on twitter.
This is that game:
- Lots of rage bait and “questions”.
- Following every algorithm hack to drive metrics.
- Chasing followers with sensationalist opinions and huge claims.
- Advanced funnels, auto dms, big teams, etc
You also assume (incorrectly) that the only way to get real value out of this platform is to eventually sell a course or an info product, from your newsletter or twitter traffic.
Also wrong.
Let me give you an example:
I recently partnered with a large content creator on a company (they were supposed to market it), and it was a complete bust.
I drove more new revenue from my little audience than this person did with an “audience” 100 times (maybe 1,000X?) larger.
I build serious companies, for serious business people - and this person’s audience was not that.
In a world swimming with boiler plate content, “0 Money Down” clickbait, duck face thumbnails, ghostwritten garbage, and AI trash - there is only one solution.
AUTHENTICITY.
I wouldn’t be caught dead, using a ghost writer.
The whole point of this platform is GENUINE connection.
This is the right game to play.
I use this platform to be authentic, and build real relationships.
NOT to eventually earn the right to sell info products and build a large audience.
So how do you win at this game?
BE YOURSELF, and BE SMART IN PUBLIC.
